Home Features — 10 video ideas, graded by evidence
Every idea is a proven title structure transferred onto a topic where it doesn't exist yet. Each is graded on the evidence actually found — the video that proved the structure (from this channel or any other where it performs) and real videos proving the topic pulls views. Evidence quality and structure conformance are multipliers on the score. This run deliberately steers AWAY from kitchen: Ep 14–18 in the pipeline are all kitchen, and self-cannibalisation is this channel's #1 measured problem.
adjusted = raw × evidence quality × structure conformance
Evidence quality is graded from what was actually found: strong ×1.00 (two or more
real videos, best above 150K) · partial ×0.75 (two or more, best above 35K) ·
thin ×0.45 (anything less). Structure conformance drops below 1.00 when the final
title rewrote part of the proven structure instead of only filling its slots — the precedent
then only partly applies. Every card shows its chain, so you can see exactly what was applied.
All structures are donor-proven with avg outlier > 2 against the donor's own median. Primary donor @BuiltByBecker is on a hot streak (300K/13d, 270K/3wk, 247K/4wk). The 'In 2026' year-tag is confirmed dead — winners use 'Right Now' or no time tag. Four bank structures produced no surviving ideas because their open fills are already occupied by Ep 14–18 in the pipeline.

The ideas
Demand = how much the topic is watched · Saturation = how crowded this exact structure×topic already is (lower is better) · Recency = is it popping right now · Season = fit to the current season · Novelty = confidence no video exists at this structure×topic. Scores compress into 0.58–0.70 — read this as tiers, not a precise ranking: the garage/backyard/remove-tier leads on open slots + season, the kitchen fills were promoted to ship-now by the user on 10 Aug — Ep 19–23 all entered the pipeline the same day.

Why: Garage was flagged LAST run as the unclaimed room with a ~260K ceiling; Built By Becker just re-proved it at 303K in 13 days. The donor's exact 'Never Fix Later' garage title is blocked (13 days old), so the garage demand is routed through Mac Rogers' proven 'Almost Always Regret' skeleton instead — same warning emotion, open slot, and a 2.2K-sub peer already pulls 32K on this exact topic. Garage/fall-prep is seasonally rising right now.
Thumbnail Proven OUT/IN split: left = cluttered dated garage (cold, red OUT ✕), right = clean organized garage (warm, green IN ✓), giant yellow caps bottom: 'ALMOST ALWAYS REGRET'
Cannibalisation warning from the wild: TheGardenCo ran garage-regret twice in 2 months — first got 32K, the rerun collapsed to 1K. Ship ONE garage video and let it breathe; do not follow up with a second garage title within the quarter.
Why: The resale-fear skeleton (105K on Mac Rogers) filled with backyard — a 5K-sub channel just pulled 208K on backyard money-mistakes, the clearest possible signal a small channel can win this topic. The skeleton×backyard combo doesn't exist yet. Late-summer timing: the backyard window is still open but closing, so this one should ship FIRST of the ten.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = overbuilt backyard (pool/outdoor kitchen, red OUT ✕ + falling price tag), right = simple tidy lawn (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'KILLS YOUR SALE'
Timing: seasonal window closes within ~4–6 weeks — ship before mid-September or hold until spring.

Why: A NEW skeleton for this channel with the deepest evidence stack of the run: 426K (1 month), 868K, 219K and 44K across four channels from 15K to 599K subs, three of them in the peer band. The removal/negative angle is exactly this channel's warning DNA — it's 'STOP decorating' framed as instant luxury. N=9 is an open slot (11, 15, 20, 20 are taken).
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = cluttered living room with red ✕ items circled, right = same room emptied and expensive-looking, yellow caps: 'REMOVE THESE'
Occupied N-fills: 11 (Reynard), 15 (Design Framework), 20 (two channels). 9 verified open. Saturation is the highest of the top tier — win on the proven OUT/IN thumbnail, not the title alone.
Why: Strong combo (kitchen-regret 368K + resale skeleton proven twice) and the skeleton×kitchen slot is verified open. Demoted below its raw score on purpose: Ep 14–18 in the pipeline are ALL kitchen.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = luxury kitchen reno with price tags (red OUT ✕), right = modest clean kitchen (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'WORTH $0 AT SALE'
Deliberately demoted — cannibalisation guard: five kitchen episodes are already queued. Shipping this now recreates the measured 114× rerun collapse. Hold until at least 3–4 non-kitchen episodes have shipped.
Why: Becker's 365K 'MOST Hated … Right Now' skeleton has never been run on bathroom. Penny Modern (60K subs, peer band) proves bathroom-trend hate repeats at 100–200K per release. Doubles as the channel's escape from the dead 'In 2026' tag: this is the structure that replaces it. The channel's own bathroom videos did 25K/6.5K — mid strength, but the skeleton is the upgrade.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = trendy bathroom (fluted vanity/bold wallpaper, red OUT ✕), right = timeless bathroom (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'MOST HATED'

Why: Second fill of the new remove-to-look-expensive skeleton. In-band proof is Penny Modern's 40K on the exact combo; the 543K Nick Lewis number is big-channel subject interest, flagged as such.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = counter cluttered with appliances/signs (red ✕ circles), right = bare expensive counters (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'REMOVE THESE'
Two flags: (1) kitchen — same cannibalisation hold as above, ship after the pipeline clears; (2) best in-band evidence is 40K, so the honest grade is partial, whatever the big-channel numbers suggest.

Why: Whole-home nostalgia is the niche's biggest proven ceiling (817K Mac Rogers, 929K Reynard, 403K Becker) and this channel has never run it on whole-home — Ep 17 covers kitchen only. The workflow returned the donor's exact title; N is rotated to 12 because exact copies are never shipped.
Thumbnail Sepia old-vs-new split (trending-industrialdecayusa style): left = warm vintage built-in (phone nook/laundry chute), right = blank modern drywall, caps: 'WHY DID WE STOP?'
Wording discipline: the channel's own 'Forgotten Home Features We MUST Bring Back In 2026' flopped at 205 views because it deviated (NEED→MUST + year tag). Run the donor wording EXACTLY, only the N changed. Nostalgia gets the sepia old/new split thumbnail, not OUT/IN.
Why: The donor's freshest product-warning hit (270K in 3 weeks) with only the N rotated — verbatim-adjacent cloning is measured to work in this niche (Daniel Hale: 174K in 9 days on a word-for-word copy). Shower-buying regret is a purchase-fear topic, the channel's strongest emotion.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = glass-door walk-in shower with visible soap scum/leak (red OUT ✕), right = clean tiled wet room (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'NEVER BUY THESE'
Collision risk: the donor video is only 3 weeks old and will sit in the same suggested feeds. Either ship fast while the topic is hot in the algorithm, or hold 2–3 weeks and let the donor's velocity cool. Extending to 5 items also forces genuinely different content, not a re-narration.
Why: The rare structure proven by TWO independent peer channels (105K + 57K), and a 3.7K-sub channel hit 438K on the same resale-money-fear topic — direct proof this channel's size is no barrier here. N=8 is the open slot.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = mid-renovation chaos with money flying away (red OUT ✕ + '-$20,000' tag), right = sold sign on tidy house (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'BACKFIRES AT SALE'
Slot note: this is the same skeleton as ideas #2 and the kitchen fill — never ship two 'Backfire When You Sell' titles back to back; space them ≥6 weeks apart. Recommended order: backyard (seasonal) → renovation (generic) → kitchen (after pipeline clears).
Why: Becker's 348K NEVER-Install skeleton on a genuinely open MATERIAL fill (tiles and countertops are taken). Delivered Lumens (45K subs) proves lighting-warnings pull 81–278K. Lowest tier of the ten: solid single-source evidence, narrower topic.
Thumbnail OUT/IN split: left = Hollywood strip light / boob light over vanity (red OUT ✕), right = warm sconces flanking mirror (green IN ✓), yellow caps: 'NEVER INSTALL'
Evidence caveats (graded THIN): both proofs are general interior-lighting warnings, not bathroom-specific, and the 278K one is 3 years old — graded on the recent 81K. Treat this as the speculative tenth slot.

NEVER Install These 6 Bathroom Tiles348K views · Built By Becker · 130K subs · 3 months ago · MATERIAL rotated tiles→light fixtures (countertops fill = Ep 18)
Three workflow titles were exact donor copies and were corrected before shipping.
The fan-out returned '10 Genius Home Features We Randomly Stopped Building' (Becker's exact 403K title), 'Avoid These 3 Showers At ALL Costs' (Becker, 270K, 3 weeks old) and '10 Renovation Upgrades That Backfire When You Sell' (Mac Rogers' exact 105K title). Exact copies are never acceptable output — the N slots were rotated to 12, 5 and 8. All other wording is preserved verbatim per the measured deviation-failure rule.
The scores don't discriminate — read tiers, not ranks.
All ten ideas sit between 0.58 and 0.70. Tier 1 (ship now, in order): garage-regret, backyard-backfire, remove-9-things. Tier 2: hated-bathroom-trends, genius-features-12, showers. Tier 3 (hold — kitchen cannibalisation or thinner evidence): kitchen-backfire, kitchen-remove, renovation-backfire, bathroom-lights.
The run is 100% exploit lane — by design, second run in a row.
0 of 342 candidates survived in the explore lane; every clever transfer lost to a faithful donor transfer on evidence. For a channel whose #1 measured problem is repetition-collapse (a rerun of its own 70K title got 615 views), faithful transfer onto fresh rooms (garage, backyard, showers, lighting) is the correct medicine: same emotions, zero topic overlap with the 5 queued kitchen episodes.
Slot ladders — the title machine beyond these ten.
Backfire When You Sell: backyard → renovation(8) → kitchen → bathroom → basement. Remove To Look Expensive: home(9) → kitchen(10) → living room → bedroom. MOST Hated Trends Right Now: bathroom(8) → kitchen → exterior → living room. NEVER Install: light fixtures(5) → flooring → faucets → backsplashes. Blocked fills recorded in the channel DB: garage×'5 Never Fix Later' (Becker 300K), whole-home×'Dream FAIL' (Reynard 1.1M + clone), 7×'MOST Hated Home' (Becker 365K), 11/15/20×'Remove Home' (three channels).
Garage is double-proven but single-shot.
Becker's 303K in 13 days re-proves last run's garage flag. But TheGardenCo (2.2K subs) ran garage twice in 2 months: 32K then 1K — the niche punishes topic reruns at every channel size. One garage video this quarter, no more.
